 NCRI - U.S. Vice President Joe Biden says the Iranian regime can suffer deepening economic sanctions or negotiate its way back into the global community and economy, Associated Press reported.

Biden says the U.S. doesn't know whether the Iranian regime is willing to do what's necessary to resolve the concerns about its nuclear program.
Vice President Biden spoke Monday in Washington to a group promoting a two-state solution for Israel-Palestinian conflict, the report said.
